440 lbs of mouthwatering beef directly from our farm.

A perfect option for a large family who needs nutrition dense meals that taste delicious. All the while they can feel good doing it.

You will not have to go to the grocery store to search for sustainably raised beef the rest of the year. This offering is a great opportunity to invest in your family’s time and health!

All packaged beef is sold per pound. Below is an example based on the minimum beef quantity. Final due at fulfillment will be invoiced once the order is put together. 

EXAMPLE: Non-refundable Deposit of $2,000 DUE TODAY, $3,720 due at fulfillment. Total: $5,720

This is equivalent to 1,760 Servings or 293 meals for a 6-person household. This comes in at around $3.25 per serving!!

Our whole beef is a minimum of 440 lbs and includes approximately the following: 

45% Premium Ground Beef - Approximately 200 lbs Ground Beef – 90/10 blend - in convenient 1 lb packages (cut from a single animal)

26% Savory Cuts - Approximately 115 lbs of the following: Chuck Roasts, Round Roasts, Sirloin Tip Roasts, Meaty Soup Bones. All roasts are approximately 2.5lb each.

16% Mouth Watering Steaks - Approximately 70 lbs of the following: New York Strip Steaks, Filet Steaks (2in per steak), Ribeye Steaks, Top Sirloin Steaks. (Steaks are 1 in thick and individually wrapped for your convenience)

13% Exotic Cuts - Approximately 57 lbs of the following: Brisket (4 halves), Skirt Steak, Flank Steak, Stew Meat, Beef Bacon, Flat Iron Steak, Tri-tip, Back Ribs, and Short Ribs

*All animals are created differently, so the quantity above will vary from animal to animal. Rest assured you will get at least the minimum pounds of deliciousness*

The Process:

• After your deposit, your beef will be raised on our amazing pastures this summer. 
• You will be notified of all updates along the way. 
• Beef Orders will be delivered on a first come first served basis
• You will get your final invoice when your beef arrives back here at the ranch, and will need to be paid in full before a delivery date is set.
