Our Farming Practices
Rotational Grazing
One of the first practices we implemented on our farm was rotational grazing. This mimics nature's method of harvesting nutrients from grasslands where a herd of grazers constantly moves across a field. Click the button below to see how we have applied this regenerative practice.
Low Stress Handling
One of the practices we pride ourselves most on is our ability to understand and handle cattle. Our first purchase on the farm was a proper handling facility so we could safely work cattle in a low stress manner. This improves their health, and come time for processing, helps to produce the tender product that our customers expect. click the button below to see our handling facility.
Improve Soil Health
Every decision we make on our farm is centered around soil health. Without healthy soil, we do not have healthy animals, and without healthy animals we do not have healthy food. Click the button below to see all of the regenerative practices we have implemented on our farm. All for the mission to treat our soil properly.
Immediate Water Source
The most recent practice we have introduced to our farm is a water system throughout all of our pastured acres. This removes any stress associated with hydration for the cows and provides a tool to evenly spread their nutrients on the field, sequestering carbon and building soil health. How We Get From Our Farm to Your Table
- Our preferred USDA inspected processing facility is 6 miles down the road.
- The meat is dry aged for a minimum of 14 days to achieve the premium flavor and tenderness
- The beef is expertly cut by a family owned business with four decades of experience
- It is then flash frozen and vacuum sealed to lock in that expected fresh taste.
- We deliver the beef frozen, right to your door.
