The PERFECT Starter Box, Some May Call it a Sampler!

55 lbs of mouthwatering beef directly from our farm.

This is a great way to give our beef a try. It will cover the basics, while still giving you a variety of nutrient dense beef for quite a while, without needing an extra freezer. This also makes a great gift!

If this is your first order, this offering is a great way to dip your toe in the water and test our beef. However, this offering does come with a warning… You will wish you ordered more!

All packaged beef is sold per pound. Below is an example based on the minimum beef quantity. Final due at fulfillment will be invoiced once the order is put together. 

EXAMPLE: Non-refundable Deposit of $250 DUE TODAY, $520 due at fulfillment. Total: $770

This is equivalent to 220 Servings. This comes in at around $3.50 per serving!!

Our eighth beef is a minimum of 55 lbs and includes approximately the following: 

45% Premium Ground Beef - Approximately 25 lbs Ground Beef – 90/10 blend - in convenient 1 lb packages (cut from a single animal)

26% Savory Cuts - Approximately 15 lbs of the following: Chuck Roasts, Round Roasts, Sirloin Tip Roasts, Meaty Soup Bones. All roasts are approximately 2.5lb each.

16% Mouth Watering Steaks - Approximately 7 lbs of the following: New York Strip Steaks, Filet Steaks (2in per steak), Ribeye Steaks, Top Sirloin Steaks. (Steaks are 1 in thick and individually wrapped for your convenience, you may not get all of the cuts listed above)

13% Exotic Cuts - Approximately 8 lbs of the following: Brisket, Skirt Steak, Flank Steak, Stew Meat, Beef Bacon, Flat Iron Steak, Tri-tip, Back Ribs, and Short Ribs (Not all exotic cuts will be found in an eighth due to what eighth is being cut. You will be guaranteed to have around the 15 pounds of exotic cuts, we just cannot promise which ones.)

All animals are created differently, so the quantity above will vary from animal to animal. Rest assured you will get at least the minimum pounds of deliciousness

The Process:

• After your deposit, your beef will be raised on our amazing pastures this summer. 

• You will be notified of all updates along the way. 

• Beef Orders will be delivered on a first come first served basis

• You will get your final invoice when your beef arrives back here at the ranch, and will need to be paid in full before a delivery date is set.

A 1/8 beef requires about 2 cubic feet of freezer space.
